Reporting to: Sr Management/Training Head
- Deliver Training Programmes on commodities market
- Design and deliver new Training Programmes for sales team of exchange & also for Brokers & Partners
- Continuous interaction with Sales team & Channel partner
- Also responsible for analyzing training needs in the location
- Prepare training MIS and reports
- Motivating team members on reward & Recognition structures circulated for expanding commodity business
- Organizing training sessions for clients of channel partner
- Providing technical assistance to all participants of the exchange
- Monitoring internal processes as laid down by the products team and giving feedback to the central team for improvement
