Reporting to: Sr Management/Training Head

• Deliver Training Programmes on commodities market
• Design and deliver new Training Programmes for sales team of exchange & also for Brokers & Partners
• Continuous interaction with Sales team & Channel partner
• Also responsible for analyzing training needs in the location
• Prepare training MIS and reports
• Motivating team members on reward & Recognition structures circulated for expanding commodity business
• Organizing training sessions for clients of channel partner
• Providing technical assistance to all participants of the exchange
• Monitoring internal processes as laid down by the products team and giving feedback to the central team for improvement
