Training and Development Officer

Academic qualification : Masters Degree in Management 

Experience: At least 2 years work experience in Insurance Companies. 

Age: Not exceeding 45 years.

 Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess training needs within a company. 
  • Meet with managers and supervisors to ascertain needs. 
  • Develop, organize, conduct and evaluate training programs.
