Job Description

  • Implementation of effective training from pre- and post-training programs such as training need assessment, modules preparation and material and collecting feedback
  • Arrange and ensure all the logistics requirement for conducting training such as training venues, projector, training materials, backup, stationaries etc
  • Confirm the participation and ensure the presence of trainers and participants as per the confirmed date, time and venue for the training
  • Ensure proper filling of documents and handle all administrative processes related to training and development
  • Research about current trends of training programs and recommend to the management
  • Coordinate with clients, trainers, participants, team member and other associate members for successful completion of training program
  • Prepare reports of overall activities and submit to the concerned authority
  • Coordinating in overall Recruitment and Selection activities and preparing reports accordingly
  • Recording, maintaining and monitoring employee’s attendance and leave
  • Involving in employee development and engagement programs, career planning and performance management
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the concerned authority
