Trainee Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated Trainee Manager to join our dynamic startup environment and work directly with the Founder. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure across all functions — operations, marketing, finance, and business development — and to learn how a business is built, run, and scaled from the ground up.

You’ll be involved in both strategic and operational aspects of the business while helping streamline daily functions, introduce systems, and prepare reports that drive better decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Management

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day operational activities.
• Document and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all key functions.
• Identify and address gaps, redundancies, and undocumented processes.
• Introduce and maintain process templates (e.g., purchase order tracker, daily sales summary, staff attendance log).
• Establish structured documentation for recurring activities.
• Lead, direct, and motivate the sales team toward achieving performance goals.

2. Marketing Coordination

• Develop and maintain a content calendar for digital platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Coordinate and execute content posting in line with the brand’s tone and objectives.
• Oversee content automation, ensuring scheduled posting and workflow efficiency.
• Maintain all content assets (photos, videos, drafts, templates, raw footage) in an organized structure using Google Workspace or similar platforms.
• Track and analyze engagement metrics and audience growth over time.

3. Financial Systems, Inventory & Reporting

• Support in updating financial systems and data entries.
• Prepare and present financial summaries, sales reports, and marketing engagement reports.
• Collaborate with the Founder on financial discussions; understanding of financial statements is a plus.
•  Inventory Reporting :
  - Accurately record inventory movement across three different stores.
  - Track items sold, damaged, returned, and remaining in stock.
  - Conduct regular cross-checks to validate that actual physical inventory matches the records/system.
  - Identify discrepancies and report them promptly with proper documentation

4. Business Development & Founder Support

• Work closely with the Founder to align with the company’s vision and execute business development initiatives.
• Organize, coordinate, and schedule meetings, client interactions, and internal discussions.
• Maintain and follow up on business communications, leads, and proposals
