Job Description

Big mart is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Assistant – Space Planning and Planogram to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional eager to start a career in retail space planning and visual merchandising.

You Will:

Set up product displays according to predefined planogram and layouts in new and remodeling stores.
Work closely with the mobile merchandising team to maintain planogram accuracy across all locations.
Guide store staffs on planogram compliance and updates.
Assess planogram effectiveness and make necessary improvements.
