Candidates should have the following skills and attributes:
  • Ideally ACCA or Equivalant.
  • Have gained experience in a similar role within a accounting practice environment.
  • Able to handle clients in an open, approachable and professional manner.
  • Be IT literate with experience of accounts and audit software. We use Sage, QuickBooks, Xero, TaxCalc, Sage Account Production Advance (SAPA), Moneysoft payroll and experience of above would be advantage.
  • Candidate must be able to use Microsoft office package specially proficiency level in use of excel.
  • Have an acute eye for detail with a methodical, diligent approach.
  • A team player with the ability and able to work on their own or as a part of a team.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Whilst there will be opportunity for career progression, naturally, the company is ideally looking for someone who will be a safe pair of hands and will want to make this role their own for the long term, rather than viewing the position as a steppingstone. Priority will be given for candidate who can work between  12 pm to 8 pm Nepalese time in order to match close with the UK working hours.


Job Description

We oursource UK accounting assignments and a Practice Accountant, your responsibilities will include:

  • General administrative work which includes preparation of client letters, emails, communication with the client
  • Payroll
  • Bookkeeping and VAT returns preparation
  • Preparation of management and financial account including projections
  • Assist in audit.
  • Communicating regularly with partners and managers on the progress of work
  • Prepare client letters, emails, and communication with clients and the team
