Job Description

This is an excellent entry-level position to launch your career.  You will be provided necessary training and ample opportunity to learn and gain experience.  Depending on your performance, demonstrated capabilities and interests, you will be promoted to various technical roles in customer service, sales or technical development. Requirements to join this position:

Job Description

  • Handle inbound Customer Service phone calls
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving internet connectivity, email clients, and more
  • Initiate required action for response to customer service requests and communicates the changes to appropriate personnel/branch/ departments.
  • Prepare customer service summary reports, follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary
  • Appropriate processing of all the service issues and request within the defined time period

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any technical discipline, preferably BIM, BIT that provide management training as well

Job Specification:

  • Knowledge and experience in Internet, Computer operations and hardware/software
  • Self-motivated to conquer a task or solve problem even if it requires working beyond office hours and under pressure
  • Pleasing personality and good communication skills in English and Nepali
  • Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately
  • Preferably female candidate
  • Possession of vehicle and driving license
