Department: Marketing / Sales
Reports To: Marketing Manager

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Trade & Retail Marketing Executive to strengthen offline sales through dealer support, brand visibility, and retail activation. The role involves coordinating with vendors, supporting campaigns, managing budgets, executing retail branding activities, and assisting sales teams to drive retail performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Retail & Trade Marketing Support:

Strengthen offline sales through visibility and dealer support.
Execute retail branding initiatives and POSM (Point of Sale Materials) activities.
Support dealer and distributor promotions, roadshows, and activations.

Vendor & Internal Coordination:

Coordinate with vendors for campaign execution and follow-ups.
Track budgets, manage invoices, and support internal reporting and documentation.
Collaborate with the sales team to align trade marketing activities with sales objectives.

Campaign & Activation Support:

Assist in executing marketing campaigns and promotional events.
Ensure timely implementation of roadshows and brand activations.
Provide insights and feedback to optimize retail marketing performance.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in trade or retail marketing.
Strong coordination and communication skills with vendors, dealers, and internal teams.
Ability to track budgets, manage invoices, and support campaign execution.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
