Job Description

Develop e-tourism platforms, including websites
Prepare and arrange itineraries, tourism packages for different destination
Plan and manage entire tours, coordinate with the vendors for travel, accommodation and other activities of the customers which is included in the package.
Negotiating and agreeing with rates and tariff with vendors such as Hotel, Travel, Guide etc.
Communicate range of information on itineraries, destinations and culture to the visitors
Make sure all travel arrangements run according to plan and that accommodation, meals and service are satisfactory
Make contact in advance with places to stay or visit to check details and arrangements
Liaise with hotels, coach companies, restaurants and other clients
Prepare and produce promotional material and design displays
Manage and coordinate tourism services publicity and marketing via a range of social media platforms, including Twitter and Facebook
Carry out strategic planning and development, such as commissioning and/or producing tourism strategies and economic impact studies for implementation, or lobbying, devising and implementing marketing campaigns.
