Job Description

The Tour Officer is responsible for managing international land packages, hotel bookings, transfers, and visa arrangements for clients traveling to various destinations. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator and a collaborative team player, ensuring a seamless travel experience for clients while contributing to the success of the travel team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • International Land Packages: Plan, coordinate, and manage international land travel packages. Ensure all travel arrangements align with client preferences and company standards.
  • Hotel Bookings: Research, book, and confirm accommodations for clients. Maintain relationships with hotels and negotiate rates to provide the best options for clients.
  • Transfers: Arrange all necessary transfers including airport pickups, private transfers, and other transportation needs for clients.
  • Visa Arrangements: Provide guidance and assistance with visa applications and requirements for clients traveling to various international destinations. Ensure all documentation is accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their travel planning process. Address and resolve any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure cohesive planning and execution of travel arrangements. Share insights and best practices to enhance team performance.
  • Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of bookings, client interactions, and financial transactions. Prepare and manage travel itineraries and documentation.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on travel trends, destination information, and industry developments to provide informed recommendations and enhance service offerings.
