Job Description

Develop planning on estimated holiday packages to be sold on each season
Knowledge of hotels/resorts in holiday destinations inside and outside the country
Knowledge of Means of transportation to be used in tour packages
Keen Observation of service provided by transportation and hotels/resorts
Liaising with coach operators, airlines, hoteliers and resort representatives
Collecting, evaluating and responding (as appropriate) to customer feedback
Producing brochures and internet-based information
Marketing holidays to clients via travel agents, websites, brochures and television advertising
Working with travel consultants from different travel agencies to put holiday packages together
