Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Housekeeping and Cleaning Trainer who can deliver high-quality practical and theoretical training to our trainees preparing for jobs in hotels, resorts, and cleaning companies (mainly in Europe and Cyprus).

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct theory and practical classes on housekeeping and cleaning operations.
Demonstrate correct use of cleaning tools, materials, and chemicals safely.
Train students in bed-making, room arrangement, linen management, and guest room cleaning standards.
Teach workplace hygiene, grooming standards, and customer service behavior.
Conduct assessments, mock tests, and evaluations of trainee performance.
Ensure training area, equipment, and materials are well-maintained.
Coordinate with the academy management for class schedules and progress updates.
