Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Research destination and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews etc.
Diagnose the clients’ specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages or services
Organize travels from beginning to end, through booking tickets and accommodation, securing rental and transportation
Supply travelers with pertinent information and useful travel/holiday material (guides, maps, event programs )
Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
Handle unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for money returns
Create and update electronic records of clients
Reach the revenue and profit targets
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless coordination in delivering travel services.

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Customer-centric approach with the ability to understand and meet clients' travel needs.
Quick decision-making and problem-solving abilities, especially in handling unforeseen issues during travel.
Proficient in using electronic systems for record-keeping and managing client information.
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Goal-driven mindset with a focus on achieving revenue and profit targets.
Ability to adapt to changing travel trends, customer preferences, and industry developments.

Note: Candidates with previous experience are preferred.
