Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Manage arrivals and departures of clients and coordinate operations throughout their tour.
Make reservations for services including hotel, transportation, activities, guides, permits and others in advance.
Provide itinerary briefing.
Report tour details to the manager.
Receive feedbacks from the clients and work on them accordingly.
Must be flexible to work during off hours.
Manage requirements of clients during their trips promptly.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Less than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Ability to use gmail and other modes of communication perfectly.
Flexible timing: available to work during off hours with extra incentives.
Must possess strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills.

Should have basic information regarding Nepal Tourism.
