Job Description

  • Exploring and identifying new business opportunities in a competitive and rapidly changing industry
  • Manage the business in a sustainable manner that meets or exceeds agreed-upon financial and other business goals
  • Communicate a clear direction to your team by understanding the business’ strengths, weaknesses and opportunities
  • Work cross-functionally so that your team executes all systems and processes to consistently deliver all products and services to brand standards
  • Developing and designing flexible domestic and international tour  packages by visiting destinations and suggesting interesting travel routes or places of interest
  • Organizing and attending tourism events, conferences, workshops, seminars and exhibitions
  • liaising with hotels, coach companies, restaurants and other clients and making contact in advance with places to stay or visit to check details and arrangements
