Exploring and identifying new business opportunities in a competitive and rapidly changing industry
Manage the business in a sustainable manner that meets or exceeds agreed-upon financial and other business goals
Communicate a clear direction to your team by understanding the business’ strengths, weaknesses and opportunities
Work cross-functionally so that your team executes all systems and processes to consistently deliver all products and services to brand standards
Developing and designing flexible domestic and international tour packages by visiting destinations and suggesting interesting travel routes or places of interest
Organizing and attending tourism events, conferences, workshops, seminars and exhibitions
liaising with hotels, coach companies, restaurants and other clients and making contact in advance with places to stay or visit to check details and arrangements
Making contact in advance with places to stay or visit to check details and arrangements and advising about facilities, such as sights, restaurants and shops at each destination
