Job Summary:
Tour Expert is a personal who is knowledgeable and enthusiastic whenever any tour inquiry comes to him/her, responsible for creating customized travel itineraries, providing expert destination advice, and ensuring a smooth and memorable travel experience for our clients. You will handle inquiries, recommend travel packages, manage bookings, and offer comprehensive support before, during, and after trips. You will have to report and consult everything about the tour to your outbound manager and responsible of all the tour related issues. Regarding daily operation, you will have to inform your outbound manager long with head of operation.
