Line Manager: Outbound Manager (OM) / Head of Operations (HO)

Job Summary:

Tour Expert is a personal who is knowledgeable and enthusiastic whenever any tour inquiry comes to him/her, responsible for creating customized travel itineraries, providing expert destination advice, and ensuring a smooth and memorable travel experience for our clients. You will handle inquiries, recommend travel packages, manage bookings, and offer comprehensive support before, during, and after trips. You will have to report and consult everything about the tour to your outbound manager and responsible of all the tour related issues. Regarding daily operation, you will have to inform your outbound manager long with head of operation.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on travel options, destinations, tour packages, and services.
Plan and customize travel itineraries based on client needs, budgets, and preferences.
Provide detailed information on tour plans including accommodation, transportation, excursions, and visa requirements.
Handle all travel arrangements such as flight, hotel, transportation, visa and sightseeing tour bookings.
Stay updated with travel trends, destinations, and tourism regulations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeated business and referrals.
Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers.
Process payments, and ensure all bookings are confirmed.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, or issues in a timely and professional manner.
Participate in promotional activities and represent the agency in travel expos or client meetings.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set KPIs.( Key Performance Indicators)

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred)
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in outbound tour operations or related field

Performance Metrics (KPIs):

Number of outbound packages fully closed
Customer satisfaction ratings post-tour
On-time departure rate of tours
Growth in outbound bookings/revenue
Team coordination
Business Development

Working Hours: 10 AM to 6 PM (Sunday to Friday)
Salary: The salary will be negotiable according to experience.
Other Facilities: Other facilities will be discussed in person at the time of the interview.
