Roles and responsibilities of this job

This is a full-time, on-site role for Content Creator - TikTok based in Kathmandu. The Content Creator will be responsible for developing creative, engaging, and on-brand content for TikTok. Daily tasks include brainstorming content ideas, filming, editing videos with trending sounds and styles, analyzing content performance metrics, and staying updated on TikTok trends and algorithm changes.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging and creative TikTok videos aligned with brand goals
Film, edit, and publish short-form video content using trending styles and sounds
Develop fresh content ideas based on TikTok trends and audience interests
Monitor video performance and improve content based on insights
Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and brand promotion

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:Less than 1 year

Other Specification

Content Creation, Video Editing, and Camera Recording skills
Proficiency in Creative Storytelling and knowledge of current trends on TikTok
Social Media Engagement and Audience Interaction skills
Analytical skills to track video performance and interpret engagement metrics
A creative mindset with the ability to consistently generate fresh, innovative content ideas
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Familiarity with manpower or consulting
