Should have knowledge in airline fare rules, ticket cancellations & refunds
Should have Microsoft application skills (words, excel , PPT , internet)
Should have highly skilled in customer services

Identify customers’ requirements, Develop and submit the Itinerary
To communicate with domestic and international customers effectively by phone & email.
Issuance, re-issuance and re-validation of air tickets
International and domestic air tickets handling
Handling the BSP and GDS reporting with cancellation, refund, reschedule and reissue of Air Tickets
local hotel bookings
Holiday packages booking
Daily interaction with customers online and offline for holidays queries
Customer follow up and retention
Preparation of Daily sales report
