• A completion of  Bachelor's Degree is needed
• Knowledge of Operating GDS.
• 1- year experience in related field is required
• Creating PNR's, Issuing Tickets, Re-scheduling, Hotel Bookings, Cancellations
• Collecting & checking documents as per country specific requirements
• Answer inquiries regarding information such as schedules, availability, procedures and policies
• Demonstrate and provide different option to clients
• Arrange for reservation and book the ticket accordingly
• Plan routes and compute ticket costs
• Determine whether space is available on travel dates requested by custome
• Provide customer with assistance in preparing required travel documents and paper work
• Prepare customer invoices and accept payment
• Follow up with the airlines companies for refunding and capping tickets
• Maintain PR with valuable clients
