Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Ticketing Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in ticketing and reservations, possess excellent communication skills, and be proficient in using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) - Galileo, Amadeus and Sabre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle ticketing processes, including issuing, booking, and canceling tickets.
  • Provide accurate information on flight schedules, fares, and routes to clients.
  • Process ticket modifications, reissues, cancellations, and refunds as per airline policies.
  • Assist clients with reservations and bookings for flights, accommodations, and other travel-related services.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with airlines and other service providers to secure the best deals for clients.
  • Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client interactions.
