Sound knowledge for handling GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre). One system is mandatory but willing to learn another system too. Sharp knowledge of cancellation, refund, rescheduling, and reissue of Air Tickets.
Domestic, international, hotel booking, Vehicle reservation, online portal handling, Email correspondence, Visa Service, etc.
Inquiry Data management, daily sales report preparation, Skill in handling Excel, MS Word, etc.
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with vendors, customers, coworkers, management team & other related personalities.
Your quality of Discipline, patience, tenacity, and habit of deep work with extended periods of work with determination will be highly valued and rewarded.
