Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Process ticket reservations and bookings for clients
Handle ticket-related inquiries and provide prompt and accurate responses
Communicate with airlines and other ticketing vendors to ensure timely and efficient ticketing services
Keep track of ticket prices, promotions, and availability
Ensure all necessary travel documentation and visas are in place for clients
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and seamless travel experiences for clients
Maintain updated knowledge of airline regulations, pricing, and policies
Handle any ticket-related issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
Maintain accurate records of tickets issued and verify billing statements
Familiar with using SABRE software.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Requirements:

Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the travel industry
Knowledge of ticketing systems and processes
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in MS Office and booking software
+2 or Bachelor's in relevant field
