Job Description

If you enjoy to work in tourism industry, if you are energetic, young, enthusiastic with pleasant personality than you are welcome !

Sound knowledge for handling GDS (Amadeus or Galileo or Sabre). One system mandatory but willing to learn other system too.
Domestic, international, hotel booking, Vehicle reservation, online portal booking etc.
Inquiry Data management, daily sales report preparation,
Sound knowledge in WINDOWS PACKAGE & other basic it knowledge.
Maximize sales and revenues by converting the inquiries related to domestic and international air tickets.
Handling the BSP and GDS reporting with cancellation, refund, reschedule and reissue of Air Tickets.
Manage BSP and GDS reporting, including processing cancellations, refunds, rescheduling, and ticket reissuing.
Maintain and update inquiry data to ensure accurate and timely information.
Prepare daily sales reports to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company policies.
Assist clients in making travel arrangements and offer recommendations based on their preferences.
Enhance company's visibility by actively promoting and marketing our services to potential clients.
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with airlines, hotels, and other service providers.
