Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Creating PNR's, Issuing Tickets, Re-scheduling, Hotel Bookings, Cancellations
Collecting & checking documents as per country specific requirements
Answer inquiries regarding information such as schedules, availability, procedures and policies
Demonstrate and provide different option to clients
Arrange for reservation and book the ticket accordingly
Plan routes and compute ticket costs
Determine whether space is available on travel dates requested by customer
Provide customer with assistance in preparing required travel documents and paper work
Prepare customer invoices and accept payment
Follow up with the airlines companies for refunding and capping tickets
Maintain PR with valuable clients

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Minimum 2 years of experience in International Air Ticketing with System friendly viz Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo
Strong sales skills and commercial awareness
Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
Committed and Flexible to adapt in changing environment of the company
Ready to work under pressure and longer hours in the high seasons
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task, attention to detail is must
