Job Description

As a Ticketing and Marketing Officer at Fireflies Travel and Tours Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for managing ticketing operations and supporting marketing initiatives to promote our tour packages. You will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient ticketing services and implementing effective marketing strategies to attract customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle ticket reservations, bookings, and issuance for outbound tours.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and transportation providers to secure bookings.
Ensure accuracy in ticketing details and adherence to travel regulations.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to ticketing.
Assist customers with itinerary planning, travel options, and visa requirements.
Assist in developing marketing campaigns and promotional strategies to attract customers.
Create content for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and online platforms.
Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to promote tour packages.
Collaborate with the sales team to promote tour packages and achieve sales targets.
Follow up with potential customers and assist in closing sales.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Analyze customer feedback and market data to improve service offerings.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer interactions.
Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
