Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking an experienced TI Team Leader to join our Telecom Related Projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in TI (Telecom Equipment Installation) and the ability to lead and coordinate with team members to ensure timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise TI work for telecom projects.
Manage and coordinate own team members effectively.
Ensure project milestones are achieved on time and with quality standards.
Communicate project updates and requirements clearly.
Ensure compliance with safety and company guidelines.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience in TI work from leading Telecom Company.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to communicate in English (spoken/written).
Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
