Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Textile Merchandiser/Production Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the textile industry, excellent communication skills, and expertise in Microsoft Word and Excel. You will be responsible for coordinating production activities, managing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire production process from order placement to final delivery, ensuring all activities are aligned with customer requirements and deadlines.
Manage orders from inception to completion, including monitoring progress, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery.
Ensure that all products meet the required quality standards and specifications. Coordinate with the quality assurance team to address any issues.
Prepare and maintain accurate reports on production status, order tracking, and inventory levels using MS Word and Excel.
Act as the main point of contact between the company and clients, suppliers, and production teams. Ensure clear and effective communication in both verbal and written forms.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of raw materials and finished products.
Identify potential production issues and work proactively to resolve them, ensuring smooth operations and minimizing delays.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Master's/Bachelor's Degree.
More than 5 years of work experience in a textile company, with a focus on merchandising and production coordination.
Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Word and Excel, with strong reporting and data analysis skills.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
