Job Description

  • To identify and analyze the potential of the assigned territory. 
  • To achieve budged sales in the assigned territory.
  • Channel Management
  • Distributor Management
  • To maximize the product availability/visibility in respective markets
  • Candidate would be ensuring the overall growth.
  • To ensure product placement in all the retail, modern trade, general trade outlets in the assigned territory.
  • Ensure the product is merchandised properly in all the outlets.
  • Expand the distributor infrastructure and appoint new partners in untapped markets.
  • To achieve primary and secondary targets through distributors in his assigned territory. 
  • Ensure the distribution network is strengthened through appointment of distribution in unrepresented areas.
  • Monitoring outlet wise sales of the assigned territory and to take corrective steps to arrest any fall in sales.
  • Responsible for collection as per the credit policy framed by the company.
  • Monitoring of Promoters and Merchandisers
