Job Description

To identify and analyze the potential of the assigned territory.
To achieve budged sales in the assigned territory.
Channel Management
Distributor Management
To maximize the product availability/visibility in respective markets
Candidate would be ensuring the overall growth.
To ensure product placement in all the retail, modern trade, general trade outlets in the assigned territory.
Ensure the product is merchandised properly in all the outlets.
Expand the distributor infrastructure and appoint new partners in untapped markets.
To achieve primary and secondary targets through distributors in his assigned territory.
Ensure the distribution network is strengthened through appointment of distribution in unrepresented areas.
Monitoring outlet wise sales of the assigned territory and to take corrective steps to arrest any fall in sales.
Responsible for collection as per the credit policy framed by the company.
