Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender & Bidding Officer to manage the preparation and submission of tenders in compliance with PPMO standards. The role requires strong documentation skills, familiarity with public procurement systems, and the ability to handle both technical and financial proposals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor tender notices on Bolpatra and e-GP systems regularly
Prepare complete bidding documents in accordance with PPMO guidelines
Develop and compile technical and financial proposals
Ensure full compliance with the Public Procurement Act and related regulations
Coordinate with internal departments to collect required documents and information
Submit tenders within deadlines and maintain proper documentation records

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Minimum 1 year of experience in tendering/bidding (PPMO experience preferred)
Proficiency in Nepali Unicode typing with speed and accuracy
Good working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Skills and Competencies

Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Strong analytical and documentation skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Familiarity with government procurement systems is an advantage
