Tender and Bidding Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender & Bidding Officer to manage the preparation and submission of tenders in compliance with PPMO standards. The role requires strong documentation skills, familiarity with public procurement systems, and the ability to handle both technical and financial proposals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor tender notices on Bolpatra and e-GP systems regularly
• Prepare complete bidding documents in accordance with PPMO guidelines
• Develop and compile technical and financial proposals
• Ensure full compliance with the Public Procurement Act and related regulations
• Coordinate with internal departments to collect required documents and information
• Submit tenders within deadlines and maintain proper documentation records
