Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage financial records, ensure accuracy in documentation, and support daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong numerical ability, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records, vouchers, and supporting documents
Perform day-to-day accounting tasks, including bookkeeping and data entry
Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial transactions
Assist in preparing financial reports and financial statements
Communicate effectively in both English and Nepali (written and verbal)
Maintain confidentiality of financial and organizational information
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all accounting tasks
Manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s running or completed in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field
Candidates currently studying management or accounting-related subjects are encouraged to apply
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar role (preferred)
Preferred age: 20–28 years

Technical Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally or similar systems) is an advantage
Basic computer and internet skills
Ability to manage email communication and documentation effectively

Key Skills:

Strong numerical and analytical ability
Excellent organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask efficiently
Professional written and verbal communication skills

Note: Candidate must have a valid driving license and own a two-wheeler
