Qualifications & Skills:

1. Educational Requirements

• Minimum: High school equivalent.
• Preferred: Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (not mandatory).

2. Communication Skills

• Fluency in Nepali with clear and confident speech.
• Active listening and the ability to engage customers effectively.

3. Customer Service Skills

• Empathy to understand and address customer needs.
• Problem-solving skills to handle complaints and provide solutions.
• Patience in dealing with different customer situations.

4. Technical Skills

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software knowledge preferred).
• Familiarity with call management systems is a plus.

5. Time Management & Organization

• Ability to handle multiple calls and tasks efficiently.
• Strong punctuality and scheduling skills.

6. Sales or Target-Oriented Approach (if applicable)

• Ability to promote products/services confidently.
• Goal-driven mindset to meet set targets (calls per day, sales conversions).

7. Personal Attributes

• Positive attitude, confidence, and persistence in customer interactions.
• Adaptability to different types of customers and situations.

8. Experience (Optional but Beneficial)
