• Makes outgoing customer calls or cold calls in order to sell products and services
• Call customers and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

Qualifications and Requirements: 

• High school (10, +2 ), Diploma; BSc/Ba is a plus
• Good interpersonal skills to establish a positive rapport with clients.
• Excellent customer service skills to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to correctly identify issues and determine the most effective solutions
• IT literacy, including a working knowledge of relevant software programs, such as Website services, etc,(Training will be provided on the Job)
• Basic knowledge of a company’s products and/or services
• Ability to remain calm and polite when dealing with unsatisfied clients
• Stamina to handle high volumes of calls and consistently provide excellent service
• Ability to speak in English
