As a mid-level candidate, you will play a crucial role in attracting and retaining clients by effectively communicating the services offered by our organization. This is a full-time position with ample room for growth and career development.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients or customers to introduce our services
Clearly explain our services and address any queries or concerns they may have
Maintain accurate and detailed call logs of all customer interactions
Update customer information and details in our database
Follow up on leads and schedule appointments with potential clients
Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery to clients
Achieve weekly and monthly targets as set by the organization
