JD Global is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Tele Caller to join our growing Immigration & Education Consultancy team. As a mid-level candidate, you will play a crucial role in attracting and retaining clients by effectively communicating the services offered by our organization. This is a full-time position with ample room for growth and career development.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients or customers to introduce our services
Clearly explain our services and address any queries or concerns they may have
Maintain accurate and detailed call logs of all customer interactions
Update customer information and details in our database
Follow up on leads and schedule appointments with potential clients
Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery to clients
Achieve weekly and monthly targets as set by the organization

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum completion of Higher Secondary Education (+2) and preferably pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
Proven track record of 1-2 years in tele calling or customer service, preferably in a consultancy, bank, or insurance company
Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to confidently engage with clients.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools
Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Salary: Part-Time: Nrs. 10,000 and Full Time: NRs. 18,000
