LODBOD is a technology-driven logistics platform focused on digitizing freight transportation in Nepal. We are seeking a Technology Officer to support product development, system management, and technology operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with software development team and internal stakeholders and internal team.
Monitor application performance and report technical issues.
Assist in testing new features and system updates.
Maintain system requirement documents, workflows, and technical documentation.
Support data management and reporting.
Collaborate with operations and business teams to identify process improvements and new product requirements.
Assist customers and internal teams in diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
Participate in product enhancement initiatives and technology projects.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
Understanding of mobile applications, databases, and software development processes.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Excel, APIs, software testing, and product management concepts is preferred.
