  • Maintain the hygiene of shop floor by regular cleaning of individual working area
  • Accomplish maintenance and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
  • Shall report to Head/ Sr. Technician.

Job Description

  • Accomplish maintenance and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
  • Must have good knowledge about General/Special tools and Spare parts.
  • Keep equipment available for use by inspecting and testing vehicles; completing preventive maintenance such as, engine tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotation and changes, wheel balancing, replacing filters etc.
  • Maintain vehicle functional condition by listening to operator complaints; conducting inspections; repairing engine failures; repairing mechanical and electrical systems malfunctions; replacing parts and components; repairing body damage.
  • Maintain vehicle records by recording service and repairs.
  • Test ride the vehicle before entering the shop floor to verify the customer complaints and other issues
  • Test ride the vehicle after completion of service jobs as mentioned in job cards
  • Support subordinates to enhance their technical knowledge by sharing diagnosis and trouble shooting skills
