Sales & Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join MASS Holdings. The role will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, promoting the company’s products and brands, and building strong relationships with customers, dealers, retailers, and business partners. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a proactive approach to market development, and the ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, customers, dealers, and distribution channels.
• Promote and increase market visibility of the company’s products and brands.
• Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements, market trends, and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, retailers, dealers, and business partners.
• Generate leads, follow up with prospective clients, and convert opportunities into sales.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market developments and provide regular feedback to management.
• Ensure proper product presentation, availability, visibility, and promotional execution in the market.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and customer service.
• Negotiate with clients and business partners while maintaining company pricing and commercial objectives.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and provide relevant market insights to management.
• Participate in promotional campaigns, product launches, exhibitions, and other marketing activities.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products and communicate their features and benefits effectively.
• Consistently work toward achieving individual and team sales objectives.
