We are looking for an outstanding Technical Writer to join our Documentation Team producing high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our next generation SIEM product. The individual should be inspired by advanced technology and motivated to work in a team-oriented environment in order to solve a broad range of problems.

You will be creating various types of documents such as how-to guides, references, instruction manuals, etc. meant for both internal and external users of LogPoint. Working as a Technical Writer involves collaborating with different teams that include Software Engineers, Architects, Project Managers, Quality Assurance Engineers and Support Engineers. So, we are actively seeking for an efficient and self-disciplined individual who takes initiatives to meet expectations of teams and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Organize documentation material and complete writing assignments according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology
• Prepare, maintain and update user and installation manuals with new releases and introduction of new features
• Develop content for various features
• Creating diagrams, screenshots, and basic image editing
• Prepare tutorials in the form of scripts and videos
• Share and exchange information with other teams, collaborate to update existing documentation and create new documents
• Adjust materials as necessary and proofread for grammar and spelling
• Assist in introducing manuals and tutorials to new members of staffs
