Position Details:

Role: Technical Support Analyst

Shift: Night shift [7:15 pm to 4:15 am | Onsite]

Salary Range: NRs 45,000 to NRs 60,000, commensurate with experience.

Language Requirements: Fluent in English and Nepali

Job Description

  • Clients are followed up weekly.
  • Analyze the clients' job description and research on the topics to provide support.
  • Capable of understanding the project's requirements as outlined in the Job Description and sharing the necessary materials with the Clients prior to beginning the project.
  • Look for someone with the necessary skills to aid.
  • Negotiation with Upwork freelancers.
  • Posting a position with the necessary abilities for customer support.
  • Every week, the assistance timesheet must be tracked to disburse the payout.
  • Before issuing the payment, the timesheet must confirm with the client.
  • Every week, the timesheet on the site should be updated.
  • Seek feedback from the client regarding the connected support person.
  • Learning new tools and abilities that are in demand in the industry will aid in providing the best possible support.
  • Coordination with colleague and manager regarding the process and client updates.

Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of professional job experience or comparable industrial experience is required, preferably with QA experience.

Skills Required:

  • Outstanding customer service abilities.
  • Should be able to communicate effectively in both English and Nepali.
  • Should be familiar with QA tools and programming languages.
  • Willing to work in the United States time zone (Night shift)
