Roles and responsibilities of this job

The IT Engineer is responsible for providing technical support and assisting in the deployment, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, networks, and cloud/data center environments. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, supporting enterprise IT solutions, assisting senior engineers in project implementations, and ensuring reliable and efficient IT operations while meeting customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-level support for hardware, software, servers, storage, and network issues.
Assist in cloud/data center installation, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance.
Support basic network troubleshooting and system monitoring, Assist senior engineers in cloud/data center projects and deployments.
Support customer and pre-sales requirements.
Maintain IT documentation and service tickets.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Graduate in IT, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of AWS, Azure, Huawei Cloud, networking, servers, and storage.
Knowledge of VMware, Hyper-V, FusionCompute, or FusionSphere is an advantage.
Good communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Chinese language skills will be an added advantage.
Strong learning ability and willingness to develop technical skills.
