Technical Skills:

  • Microsoft Certification preferred and working experience with any of the above products
  • Must have work experience with at least 2 Enterprise Microsoft Products and Support

Desired Skills and Knowledge:

  • Should have minimum of 2-3 years of experience
  • Must be willing to work hard and be involved in a weekend on-call rotation and support Client
  • May require working from home in case any emergency
  • Require good oral/written communication skill
  • Must have good troubleshooting skills, in respective technologies
  • Must be willing to go the extra mile to help customers
  • Should be committed to work for minimum 3 years
  • Willing to learn fast with self motivation and complete required knowledge to keep up to date on latest product & technology

Job Description

  • The successful candidate will help the Application Service Management division provide world-class support for Microsoft’s enterprise solution. The primary role of this position will be installation, support and manage of core Microsoft Enterprise Solutions like Microsoft Server, Microsoft Exchange, and Active Directory & System Center. Duties include, but are not limited to, incident work, change implementation, problem analysis, and project related work.
