About the job

As a Technical Support intern, the intern role will be to assist the technical team in resolving customer issues with patience and care. Hence, their support will help ensure smooth operations and a positive experience for all users.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide first and second-level technical support to clients via chat, email, and call.
Manage cPanel/WHM accounts, DNS, email issues, and SSL installations
Troubleshoot issues related to hosting, domains, and performance.
Manage Cloudflare configurations
Document system changes, processes, and troubleshooting guides.

Qualifications:

Recently running or completed a degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of computer systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
Good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a customer-friendly attitude.
On- Site from 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Self Laptop required
Two wheeler with valid driving license
Stipend : (Negotiable)
