• Candidate should have a strong understanding of core banking solution software and its technical aspects. They should be able to troubleshoot technical issues, diagnose, problems, and provide solutions.
• Candidate should have strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues. The candidate should be able to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
• Should have knowledge of SQL languages.
• Should have good communication skills.
