Communication with clients

Candidate should have a strong understanding of core banking solution software and its technical aspects. They should be able to troubleshoot technical issues, diagnose, problems, and provide solutions.
Candidate should have strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues. The candidate should be able to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
Should have knowledge of SQL languages.
Should have good communication skills.
Candidates experienced in related field would be preferred (added benefits)
should have good knowledge of marketing skills
