  • L1 Support Issues: Swiftly addresses user inquiries, incidents, and requests, ensuring a prompt and satisfactory resolution. Skillfully employ initial troubleshooting techniques to resolve basic technical quandaries.
  • Debugging and Troubleshooting: Diligently investigate and decipher the underlying causes of console glitches and intricate technical dilemmas. Innovatively devise solutions to rectify bugs and reinstate optimal system functionality. Forge collaborative partnerships with development teams to seamlessly incorporate bug fixes and augmentations.
  • Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA): Proficiently conduct DPIA to gauge potential data privacy risks and align data processing activities with regulatory norms.Ensuring strict adherence to data protection statutes, notably including GDPR guidelines.
  • Accountability and Ownership: Exhibit unwavering ownership of assigned support tickets and concerns, diligently overseeing their resolution.Meticulously oversee the complete lifecycle of support cases, leaving no loose ends.
  • Team Collaboration:Foster harmonious cross-functional collaborations with development personnel and seasoned support colleagues, thereby ensuring streamlined issue resolution.Enrich the collective knowledge repository by generously sharing insights and best practices.
  • Communication Skills: Articulately communicate with diverse stakeholders, deftly manoeuvring between technical and non-technical contexts.Distil intricate technical concepts into easily comprehensible explanations for a varied audience.
  • Documentation: Maintain meticulously detailed technical documentation to capture insights and solutions. Skillfully craft user-friendly guides that empower end-users to comprehend and leverage solutions effectively.
  • Problem Solving: Employ a discerning analytical approach to scrutinise user-reported concerns, pinpointing root causes with precision.Innovate pragmatic and streamlined solutions to resolve challenges efficiently.
  • Continuous Improvement:Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to proactively enhance service offerings. Introduce process enhancements to streamline troubleshooting and elevate customer interactions. Elevate the knowledge base by contributing valuable insights and emerging best practices.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Showcase substantial experience in the intricacies of debugging and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
  • Demonstrate adeptness in executing comprehensive Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA) while maintaining a vigilant eye on compliance.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication proficiency, catering effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Adroitly manage Level 1 support issues while adeptly escalating as necessary.
  • Excel in creating meticulous technical documentation that is approachable to diverse readers.
