Qualification and Experience: 

  • BS/MS degree in a quantitative, test-driven field.
  • 2+ years hands on SEO experience with large scale websites.
  • Experience with Regex/Xpath, Javascript, Python or any programming language (Desirable). 

Skills:

  • Proven technical SEO experience including technical audits, mobile and site speed optimization.
  • Experience using a variety of SEO tools including web crawlers, search engine consoles and testing tools, backlink data sources and SEO platforms.
  • Solid experience with Google Analytics, data manipulation tools (e.g Google Sheets), tag management tools (e.g Google Tag Manager).
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Growth mindset and Team player.


Job Description

Primary Duties:

  • Analyze and evaluate the website, design crawling and monitoring strategies, identify issues and make technical recommendations.
  • Recommend changes to website architecture, linking, content or other factors to improve SERP for target keywords.
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data that help with our SEO.
  • Collaborate with design and development teams while following the best practices to improve website performance - including page load speed and core web vitals.
  • Support PPC, social and email campaigns.
  • Work with SEO team and content team for content optimization.
  • Perform keyword research and report results to optimize website content in collaboration with the team.
  • Develop and implement link building campaigns.
  • Monitor SEO trends, competitor strategies and best practices to ensure cutting edge strategy, top website rankings and identification of new opportunities.

Secondary Duties:

  • Document processes and recommend improvements.
  • Provide ongoing training to the team members on best practices.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Any other relevant duties as required from time to time.
