We are looking for a self-driven, motivated and result oriented professional for the position of “Technical Sales Officer.” Details of the same have been highlighted below;

Essential Job Function:                  

• Identifying new and potential customers; and generating sales for the company.
• Analyzing customers’ needs and recommending products.
• Demonstrating the technical features and benefits of our products to the customers.
• Maintaining regular contact with existing customers and strong customer relations.
• Traveling to the customer's location to talk about our product range.
• Maintain and grow our business with our existing major accounts.
• Preparing tenders, proposals and quotations.
• Supporting sales team members by training them in the use of products/services.
• Conducting R&D of various products.
• Providing technical support to the customers.
• Preparing and submitting periodic reports.

Essential Job Specification: 

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree holder in Business Administration, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science.
  
• Fresh graduates or 1+ years of experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent negotiation and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
• Integrity, dependability, loyalty, taking ownership and ability to collaborate with a team.
• Willing to travel outside Kathmandu valley.
• Having two-wheeler/license.

Technical Skills/Knowledge:

• Experience/Knowledge on windows / Linux system or environment.
• Experience/Knowledge on Switching, Routing, VPN, VLAN, IP Policy, PPPoE, IPoE etc.
• Experience/Knowledge on LAN and WAN environment.
• Experience/Knowledge of application transport and Network Infrastructure protocols.
• Ability of quickly learning new or unfamiliar Technology.
• Familiar on end device configuration Wireless Access point, home router, switches etc.
• Preference will be given to having CCNA Training from Authorized academy or Institute.
