Supreme Associates Traders is a leader in water quality products in Nepal. We specialize in water treatment plants, Chlorine Dosing Unit, Pipe and Fittings for water supply projects. Quality, efficiency & customer satisfaction are our priorities.

We are authorized distributor for SEKO Italy, for chemical dosing pumps and chlorination system for Nepal.We import various water quality products from different part of the world.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time on-site role in Kathmandu for a Sales Engineer. Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing account management, technical support, troubleshooting, sales, project management, and improving customer initiatives. Additionally, the Technical Account Manager will be managing customer accounts, identifying opportunities, and working proactively with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and collecting payment for the sales done.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Achieve sales, collections, and focused product targets through existing customers and identify new opportunities in the assigned territory by visiting our customers on construction sites, or in offices and industries
  • Achieve productivity targets through disciplined sales execution (DSE) and applying a consultative selling model, including software and services
  • Follow 'Situational Selling Skills' principles for trade applications, Demos, VFM, INP, etc.
  • Follow laid down processes in finance, GCC, and supply chain for target completion
  • Build and grow relationships with customers to deepen engagement, providing them with the most innovative and cost-effective solutions
  • Monitor competitor activity and ensure leadership in share of wallet (SOW)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2- 3 years of Experience in “Sales” is a must.
  • Sales, Technical Support, and Engineering skills
  • Sales and Project Management skills
  • Ability to identify customer needs and develop solutions
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Experience in the construction industry is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a plus
  • Candidates must have a driving license and 2-Wheeler.
