MKCL has core objective to be a Manager in Agriculture Value Chain by developing Agri business throughout the chain such as agriculture production, collection, processing, national & International marketing, research & development, technical services including supply of all agriculture inputs to farmers. Job Description

  • Responsible for assistance to all sales related activities such that market survey, product promotion in field, numeric sales and target achievement.
  • Support on sales planning by providing actual sale forecast based on actual market requirement.
  • Sales and marketing of Agri inputs in a structured way.
  • See the technical related issue in sales & marketing & assist to solve out the problems accordingly.
  • Act as the technical contact point for Agri inputs sale among previous as well as new clients
  • Provide technical training & product description to related clients.
  • Formulation and maintain business ethics on all associated level.
  • Maintain and enhance the working environment with all staff community.
  • Maintain the company and process SOP’s at all level.
  • Other responsibilities assigned by Supervisor.
