Role Overview:

The Executive Office is establishing a "Technical Excellence" project to align our Group's operational standards with high-level Australian compliance frameworks. We are seeking a high-performing ACCA Affiliate or Advanced Student to act as a specialized researcher. You will responsible for digesting complex technical standards (AASB/IFRS) and converting them into practical organizational frameworks to be applied across our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Synthesis: Conduct deep-dive research into specific financial reporting standards and strategic management methodologies.
Organizational Application: Convert theoretical standards into practical implementation guides and checklists for the firm’s operations team.
Executive Briefing: Prepare high-level summaries ("Executive Briefs") on how these standards impact organizational strategy and compliance.

Required Education Level:Professional Certification

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Qualification: ACCA Affiliate or Finalist (Strategic Professional Level).
Location: Must be able to report to the Baneshwor Office.
Skillset: Ability to bridge the gap between "Academic Theory" and "Business Application."
Availability: Must be available 6:30 AM – 9:00 AM
